SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently only ship within Sweden.

All orders are shipped with PostNord and we offer both service point delivery and home delivery options.

Service point/box delivery: 49 SEK
Home delivery: 79 SEK
Free standard delivery on orders over 499 SEK (to service point/box)

The estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date your order is processed and shipped. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest.Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking details from PostNord.

RETURN & REFUNDS

At REF Stockholm, we want you to feel confident that you always receive fresh, unopened products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or tested items. If your products are completely unopened, you may return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery. A return fee of 29 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

We only accept returns for items purchased directly from refstockholm.com. Products bought from other retailers must be returned to the place of purchase. Please note that shipping fees and any billing fees are non-refundable.

To request a return, contact us by email at info@refstockholm.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, full name, shipping address, and the email address used at checkout in your email. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

When your return has been received and approved at our warehouse, a refund will be issued for the value of the returned items. Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the purchase. Our standard processing time for returns is up to 14 days from the day we receive the returned package. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is completed. Please note that it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

CLAIMS & COMPLAINTS

We’re sorry if you’ve received a damaged or faulty product. At REF Stockholm, we follow Swedish consumer law, which allows you to file a complaint up to three years after purchase, provided the issue is reported within a reasonable time after it was discovered.

Please note that complaints apply only to manufacturing defects. Issues caused by normal wear, aging, or misuse are not covered.

To submit a claim, please contact us at info@refstockholm.com. In your message, include your order number, describe the issue clearly, and attach photos showing the damage or defect.

Once we have reviewed your case, we will assess whether the product is considered faulty. If your claim is approved, we will provide further instructions and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement.
